yet another sad edition of the NNHS Newsletter today.
Bill Veneris,
Hampton HS Class of @ 1967, passed away in Hampton on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at
the age of 65. May his memory be eternal.
He was the brother of
Jackie
Veneris Nelms (Hampton HS - '59) of VA,
June
Veneris Collie (Hampton HS - '62) of VA,
Patsi
Veneris May (Hampton HS) of VA, and
Nick
Veneris (Hampton HS) of VA, and the cousin of
Betty Spain Uecker
('63) of
VA.

HAMPTON - William "Bill" Thomas Veneris, 65, passed away Tuesday,
December 23, 2014.
A lifelong resident of Hampton, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, then graduated from the Newport News Apprentice School in 1975. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local 540, for which he was a two term Past President. Bill is survived by his wife of 45 years, Carol D. Veneris; son, Greg H. Veneris; daughter, Trina Ruple; sisters, Jackie Nelms, June Collie and Patsi May; brother, Nick Veneris and four grandchildren. The family wishes expressions of sympathy to take the form of contributions to the Peninsula S.P.C.A. 523 J. Clyde Morris Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601. Arrangements are by Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions in Hampton, 757-825-807 |
