Answer: A
Funeral Home!
(Who said morticians had no sense of humour?) You gotta love it!!! God Bless Canada and keep (their) Troops Safe and Well. |
AMEN! Thank you, Haul Party!
And of course it goes without
saying that the same thing goes for the USA and our own troops!
My grandfather watched as his
friends died in WW I... My father watched as his friends died in WW II and Korea .... I watched and waited as my brother and friends fought for and died in Vietnam.... I watched as my friends fought and died in Desert Storm... I watched and waited while my son and friends fought in Iraq... None of them fought for or died for the Mexican Flag... Everyone fought for and died for the U.S. Flag! In Texas, a student raised a Mexican flag on a school flag pole; another student took it down. Guess who was expelled... The kid who took it down. Kids in high school in California were sent home this year on Cinco de Mayo because they wore T-shirts with the American flag printed on them. Enough is enough. The below e-mail message needs to be viewed by every American; and every American needs to stand up for America. We've bent over to appease the America-haters long enough...I'm taking a stand... I'm standing up because the hundreds of thousands who died fighting in wars for this country and for the U.S. Flag can't stand up... And shame on anyone who tries to make this a racist message...Let me make this perfectly clear! THIS IS MY COUNTRY! And, because I make this statement DOES NOT mean I'm against Immigration!!! YOU ARE WELCOME HERE, IN OUR COUNTRY! Welcome! To come through legally: 1. Get a sponsor! 2. Get a place to lay your head! 3. Get a job! 4. Live By OUR Rules! 5. Pay YOUR Taxes! And 6. Learn the LANGUAGE like immigrants have in the past!! AND 7. Please don't demand that we hand over our lifetime savings of Social Security Funds to you. If you don't want to forward this for fear of offending someone, then YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM! When will AMERICANS STOP giving away THEIR RIGHTS??? We've gone so far the other way... Bent over backwards not to offend anyone... But it seems no one cares about the AMERICAN CITIZEN being offended! WAKE UP America!!! If you agree... pass this on... If you don't agree... Then Just Delete It - But Shame On You!!!! And I add, if you can't come here legally, stay away.
Thank you,
Buster!

Jokes My mom has a lead foot, so I was not surprised when a state trooper pulled us over as we were driving through Georgia. Hoping to get off with a warning, Mom tried to appear shocked when he walked up to the car. "I have never been stopped like this before," she said to the officer. "What do they usually do, ma'am," he asked, "shoot the tires out?" ccccccccc When the U.S. Mint reissued two-dollar bills, I thought they might someday become collectors' items. I went to the bank and picked up a hundred, serially numbered and still in their original band. On my next trip to my
parents' house, I gave the $200 to my mother and said, "Take good care
of these. They might be worth something someday." "Oh, yes!" she replied. "I
deposited them in the bank the day after you left." Stories of human magnets
stretch back to the 19th century, with one woman being recorded in 1990
supporting 15 pounds of weight with her palm held vertically. However,
some scientists have said stories of human magnetism can be attributed
to nothing more than unusually sticky skin. That was when I
remembered. I wept for Joy at the Lord's deliverance.
Thank you, Shari!

BONUS CHRISTMAS CROCHET PATTERNS:

BONUS THANKSGIVING DESERT RECIPES: Martha Stewart's Cranberry Cobbler - "Take advantage of fresh cranberries while they're plentiful. This homey creation takes just minutes to make and would be a festive treat throughout the holiday season." Martha Stewart's Apple-Date Betty - "As American as apple betty. Yes, this dessert dates to colonial times. The warm spiced apples topped with sweet breadcrumbs make it a great stand-in for pie." Martha Stewart's Coconut Cream Pie - "This rich pie is a coconut triple threat: There is shredded coconut in the macaroonlike chocolate wafer crust, in the rich and creamy custard filling, and in the nutty toasted topping. Cutting into this pie is sheer coconut joy." |
FINALLY:

Bob, a 70-year-old extremely wealthy widower, showed up at the Country Club with a breathtakingly beautiful and very sexy 25-year-old blonde-haired woman. She knocked everyone's socks off with her youthful sex appeal and charm, and hung over Bob's arm and listened intently to his every word. His buddies at the club were all aghast. At the very first chance, they cornered him and asked, 'Bob, how'd you get the trophy girlfriend?' Bob replied, 'Girlfriend? She's my wife!' They were knocked over, but continued to ask. 'So, how'd you persuade her to marry you?' 'I lied about my age', Bob replied. 'What, did you tell her you were only 50?' Bob smiled and said, 'No, I told her I was 90.' |

Lyrics by Henry Alford (07 Oct 1810 - 12 Jan 1871); Music by Sir George Job Elvey (29 Mar 1816 - 1893), organist at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle for nearly fifty years, about 1844
Come, ye thankful people, come, Raise the song of harvest home; All is safely gathered in, Ere the winter storms begin. God our Maker doth provide For our wants to be supplied; Come to God's own temple, come, Raise the song of harvest home. All the world is God's own field, Fruit as praise to God we yield; Wheat and tares together sown Unto joy or sorrow grown; First the blade and then the ear, Then the full corn shall appear; Lord of harvest, grant that we Wholesome grain and pure may be. For the Lord our God shall come, And shall take the harvest home; From the field shall in that day All offenses purge away, Giving angels charge at last In the fire the tares to cast, But the fruitful ears to store In the garner evermore. Even so, Lord, quickly come, Bring thy final harvest home; Gather thou thy people in, Free from sorrow, free from sin, There, forever purified, In thy presence to abide; Come, with all thine angels, come, Raise the glorious harvest home.
