Vote early, vote often
(or at least cast your allotted daily vote)!!!

In case you are unsure who represents you
best, this is an interesting tool.
Neat, click on your state, then type in your zip code, and the candidates for your area will pop up, hit the questions and answer them and see which candidate thinks like you. Click on this link - it is very quick and informative.
Oh, wow, this is
WAAAY cool! Thanks so much, Sweetie-Pies!

From
Phil Hammond
('64) of UT -
10/31/10 - "Florida, cruise,
and
first big snow":
Carol dear, It’s been a crazy few weeks. I will start from now and go backwards. Had rotator cuff surgery on the 28th and I cannot type. Oh yeah, and it hurts bad! Sylvia and I went to Jacksonville to visit family and take a 5 day cruise to Nassau and Freeport. This was very relaxing to prepare me for surgery. Came home and had 2 feet of snow in the mountains. Skiing should be great this year. Here are a few pictures if you have time to post. Thanks

From Lucy Southall Propst of VA - 11/01/10 -
"NNHS Typhoons forever":
How can I find the recent reunion
photos? Lucy Southall Propst, '63
That's a good
question, Lucy; I wish I had a good answer!
Normally, you might expect to find all Reunion information and Images posted here: http://www.nnhs65.com/reunion-page.html If you mean
http://nnhs65.com/10-02-10-EVELYNS-PARTY.html If you mean the Class of 1963's 65th Birthday Party on Saturday, October 9, I've received no images or information at all - and there's probably a very good reason for that. It's time for another
one of
Carol's True
Confessions. That's
right, prepare yourself for a pitiful sob story.
You see, because processing images
takes me such a ridiculously long time (because I suffer so from CDO
- that's OCD with the letters arranged in their proper alphabetical
order), whenever I receive a batch of photos over, say, twelve in
number (although it's probably closer to six), I usually become
so intimidated that I freak out, crawl in bed, suck my thumb, and
whimper something unintelligible like, "I wan' mah mama!"
Two years ago,
after your class had their 45-Year Reunion (to which they
graciously invited me),
Yeah, and then I accidentally moved to Illinois, and then... and then... And last year,
several people from the Great Class of 1964 sent me hundreds (well, a
bunchalot, anyway) of other images from their 64th Birthday Party
- which I haven't touched at all.
And I think I missed several other reunions along the way as well. And then... and then I got sick. Yeah, and then... and then... "And that's why yellow makes me sad, I think." Where's
Sorry, Lucy, I'm trying to repent, I really am!

Happy Days Are Here Again
- Music and Lyrics by J. Yellen and M. Ager
So long sad times
Go long bad times
We are rid of you at last
Howdy gay times
Cloudy gray times
You are now a thing of the past
Happy days are here again
The skies above are clear again
So let's sing a song of cheer again
Happy days are here again
Altogether shout it now
There's no one
Who can doubt it now
So let's tell the world about it now
Happy days are here again
Your cares and troubles are gone
There'll be no more from now on
From now on ...
Happy days are here again
The skies above are clear again
So, Let's sing a song of cheer again
Happy times
Happy nights
Happy days
Are here again!
