Lee touched my life in so many ways. When I was a teenager, he taught me how to play the guitar, a gift I will treasure forever. He was SO talented, and had the gentlest spirit. I am so sad to hear the news of his passing. He made this world a better place and he will be greatly missed!

I grew up on the same block as Lee. Had not seen him in years, but recently found him on glad I had the opportunity to say hello to him. My deepest sympathy to the Cook family.

We enjoyed many years of friendship with Lee at First Friends Church. We learned a lot from him as our teacher in Discipleship Now and his praise and worship. He had an amazing character and a quiet wisdom that we admired so much. Lee is truly a beautiful soul. Losing someone you love so much is very difficult, we know. And hope it brings you some comfort to know that this Earth is not our home, and today Lee is in Heaven, our real home.

Lee was one of us, the Briarfield Boys and we shared many good times together over many years. The last time we met was 6/17/12 at the celebration of life for my departed sister Debbie. This meant a lot to me due to the fact that his health was failing rapidly by this time, and we had the opportunity to discuss what lies ahead for all of us at that appointed time. He was at peace with his soul. Bobby, as you said he is released from the pain of this life, and he will be remembered by all that knew him.

Our sympathies to Lee's family. We are so sorry to lose another good Typhoon. We know he will be missed.

I was very saddened by the news of Lee's passing. There are few memories of my younger days that Lee was not a part of ,and we had reconnected a few years back and had stayed in touch. It meant a lot to me, he was special. The pain is gone and he will now sing in God's choir which has been his goal.

Bobby, Daniel & Allen,
I was so saddened to hear of Lee's passing. We had some really good times both at work and at play. He was one of the few guys that you could call a really good friend and mean it. May God keep you through these troubling times and I'll keep you all in my prayers.
