From
Eddie Perry ('65) of TN - 08/31/07 - "
Marion Cutchins":
Carol,
Several people may remember Mr. Cutchins. He was an
NNHS grad, but not sure
what year. He was a Little League coach back in the late 1950's over near
Stuart Gardens. He was very active
at Orcutt Avenue Baptist Church.
Thought you might want to pass along.
Thanks for your outstanding work,
Eddie
I'm very sorry to learn this news. Thank you so much, Eddie.

Jean, Wayne and Wyatt, My heart absolutely aches for your family. Your husband and father was truly the perfect example of what I feel God wanted in a man. He was human but he was always (to me) passionate, kind, sensitive to all people and always showed love. His physical presence in the church has been missed but his spiritual presence will always be with us. I pray that God will fill your days with loving memories and allow the loss to be filled with family and friends rejoicing over Marion's return home. What a wonderful day when we all gather together at the throne. We all share your loss. |

| We send our love and sympathy to your family. Marion was a wonderful "father figure" and Christian example. He was a dearly loved friend who will greatly missed by his family and church. We'll miss his singing and upbeat attitude. We are so glad Marion was a part of our lives. |

| Dear
Mrs. Cutchins, Wayne and Wyatt, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss of Mr. Cutchins. He was a fine man. He coached me in the Little League BIB Tournament in Colonial Heights with Harry Knight when I was a boy, and was my Apprentice instructor and mentor at the shipyard. My wife and I would often see him at sporting events. I'll always remember his kind ways. You are in our prayers. |
