John DeCamp Bluxome, III Newport News High School Class of 1964 |

Dear Friends and Schoolmates,
I have more sad news to record.
From the Daily Press - 06/16/05:
My Deepest Sympathy to John's family and friends. We were classmates at Newport News High School and in the Typhoon Marching Band. |
Linda Lane
(Williamsburg, VA) - June 17, 2005 |
My
deepest condolences to the Bluxome family.
Jay was
my good friend at NNHS and beyond. We had many good times together in
those youthful days. I was fortunate
to speak with him by phone shortly before our 40th reunion in October
2004, and he regretted that he could not attend. We
shared many belly laughs in recalling our exploits over the years. Knowing
Jay ... I bet he is still laughing.

Am so sorry to hear of Jay's passing. My heartfelt sympathy to his family and close friends. I remember him as being a kind and most gentle person. Our hearts are with you all. |
Angie Ray Smith (Hampton,
VA ) - June 18, 2005 angiesmith@rocketmail.com |
My sincerest sympathies are
extended to Jay's family at this difficult time. I was a year behind Jay at NNHS, but I marched with him in the Typhoon Marching Band, and remember fondly all the pleasant times so long ago. I had looked forward to seeing him at last October's Reunion. I'm so sorry that he was unable to make it. March with the angels, Jay! |

OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHIES TO OUR
EXTENDED FAMILY MY HEART ACHES TO KNOW WE HAVE LOST OUR BROTHER-IN-LAW, DONALD, AND NOW JAY SO SUDDENLY, BUT JUST KNOWING THAT HE IS IN HEAVEN WITH DONALD, AND THEY ARE WATCHING DOWN OVER THE ONES THEY LOVE, ESPECIALLY THEIR CHILDREN. I KNOW MY SISTER, TESS BLUXOME, AND MY NIECE, DENISE BLUXOME, WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE MEMORIES OF JAY, LARRY, AND PHYLLIS AND THE LOVE THEY GAVE THEM AFTER DONALD PASSED AWAY (ESPECIALLY THE PANCAKE BREAKFAST). ALL OUR LOVE AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO PHYLLIS AND LARRY, AND OF COURSE, TO JAY'S FAMILY. |
Anna Vogtsberger (Newport

Our sincerest sympathies are once again extended to Jay's family and friends.
