Stuart,
We are so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. The short time we had to be with you both gave us the insight of what a wonderful person Pat was. We loved your visits and hopefully you will come to see us when you are in this area.

Stuart - All of us in the Warwick County Historical Society mourn your loss along with you - Pat was very kind and very devoted to you - it was plain to see. You have many friends in the WCHS who thought very highly of Pat. We think highly of you as well. May your heartache be assuaged by the fond memories of a fine woman. She will be missed.

Dear Stuart and family,

There is no word to describe how heartbroken Kelly and I are at hearing of Pat's passing. The neighborhood will never be the same again. We will always remember and cherish her memory. I didn't realize that hug on August 17 was to be our last and final contact with her. She was a shining light, a rock. She will never be forgotten. Our sincere sympathy and prayer to your entire family for your loss. I'm glad she suffers no more.

Lead Me Gently Home

Words and Music by Will L. Thompson, 1879
(07 Nov 1847 - 20 Sept 1909)

Lead me gently home, Father,
Lead me gently home;
When life’s toils are ended,
And parting days have come,
Sin no more shall tempt me,
Ne’er from Thee I’ll roam,
If Thou’ll only lead me, Father,
Lead me gently home.

* Refrain:
Lead me gently home, Father,
Lead me gently home, Father,
Lest I fall upon the wayside,
Lead me gently home.

Lead me gently home, Father,
Lead me gently home;
In life’s darkest hours, Father,
When life’s troubles come,
Keep my feet from wand’ring,
Lest from Thee I roam,
Lest I fall upon the wayside,
Lead me gently home.
