We have more sad news
to report this Wednesday morning.
Jacque
Neihouse Hatch, Class of 1967, passed away at
her home in
Hampton on Monday,
August 08, 2011 at the age of 61.

HAMPTON - Jacque Neihouse
Hatch was born Dec. 28, 1949 and died Aug. 8, 2011, after waging a
heroic battle against cancer. She died at home surrounded by her family. Jacque was a native of Newport News and was a graduate of Newport News High School, class of 1967, then earned a bachelor's degree in business from Averett University. Jacque was an accomplished hair stylist. Later, she pursued a 26-year career with Sentara Healthcare, and was instrumental in the start up of Sentara Careplex, Port Warwick and Dorothy Hoeffler Center. Jacque was preceded in death by her parents, Anshal and Florence Neihouse. |

She is survived by her husband, Brandon Hatch; daughters, Cortney Williams of Hampton, and Amy Dail and her husband, Karl of New Hope, N.C.; son, Adam Haskins of Los Angeles, Calif.; sister, Shyrli Grunwald and her husband, Bruce of Newport News; grandchildren, Sarah Taylor, Leah Taylor and Cloe Ann Hatch. Jacque will be missed by her loving friends and cats, Dennis and Danny. Jacque lived life to the fullest. As per her wishes, she was cremated and there will be no funeral services.
