Bruce R. Smith

POQUOSON - Bruce R. Smith, 63, died Saturday, July 29, 2006. He was an area resident for 25 years. Mr. Smith was a general manager for Atlantic Equipment and Supply for 13 years. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather, and living life to the fullest. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Joan Smith; two sons, Richard M. Smith and Roger Smith and his wife, Heather; one brother, Richard C. Smith of Michigan; and three grandchildren, Mindy, Kathy and Travis. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, at his residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Mid-Atlantic Affiliate, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058. Arrangements by W.J. Smith & Son Funeral Home.
