From Dale Parsons ('49) of VA - 07/22/07 - "Notice for Michael R. 'Mickey' McNamara":
Carol,
I believe this was one that no one sent in to you Mickey was from a large family and I know that most were NNHS graduates.. Mickey was a '50 graduate.
Thank you so much for telling me about this, Dale. I obviously missed it completely, and in fact, I never would have caught it.

MARGIE AND FAMILY, I AM SO SORRY TO READ ABOUT MICKEY. I WILL NEVER FORGET WHEN I LIVED ON COLONY RD. IN NEWPORT NEWS, I CALLED THE WATERWORKS DEPARTMENT TO SEE ABOUT GETTING MY HOME HOOKED UP TO CITY SEWAGE. I HAPPENED TO GET MICKEY ON THE PHONE AT THAT TIME, AND WITHIN 2 WEEKS I WAS BEING HOOKED UP. I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT. I ALSO GRADUATED WITH MARGIE AND MICKEY. AGAIN I WISH TO OFFER MY CONDOLENCES AND PRAYERS TO THE FAMILY. |
