Dear Friends and Schoolmates,
I think this
hot, muggy, rainy, stormy weather, combined with recent tragic events in the
news, has finally put me into a bit of a melancholy mood. Sigh....

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Have_You_Ever_Been_Lonely%3F:
"Have You Ever Been Lonely?" is a popular song with music by Peter De Rose and lyrics by Billy Hill (writing under the name of George Brown), published in 1932. It has been recorded by many singers, becoming a standard.
Ted Lewis and Ray Noble with vocalist Al Bowlly [1] had successful records in 1933. A small cover war emerged between Jaye P. Morgan and Karen Chandler in 1955. The song was a pop chart entry by the Caravelles, a British girl group, in 1964. An electronically edited duet featuring Jim Reeves and Patsy Cline, who never recorded together while alive, became a top 10 country-western hit in the early 1980s.

Lonely Crocheted Bunny - さびしい SABISHII
(lonely) - "This short "film" was created for my final slide
presentation assignment in my Color Photography class (Spring 2007). It
was created using Sony Vegas and just over 100 photographs. さびしい (sabishii)
means 'lonely' in Japanese. The story is about a
lonely bunny and a lonely girl who
meet. For the crafty ones - the bunny is hand-crocheted out of 100% wool
and is stuffed with polyester fiberfill. It is an original amigurumi
pattern, which can be found on my website!
