From Robert O'Neal ('71) of VA - 06/01/15, 9:39 PM - "My Brother,   Danny R. O'Neal (NNHS1968)":

It is with great sadness that I am letting you know that my brother, Danny R. O'Neal (NNHS 1968) passed away last night after a sudden illness. Danny's memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Temple Baptist Church in Newport News. The family will receive friends after the service. Memorial donations may be made to Temple Baptist Church 235 Harpersville Road, Newport News, VA 23601. Arrangements are by W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home. The obituary will be published in the Newport News, VA Daily Press newspaper tomorrow (Tuesday 6/2/2015). Our sister, Joyce Evelyn (O'Neal) Dail, also attended NNHS. -- W. Robert O'Neal (NNHS 1971)    Oh, Robert, I am so sorry to hear this! You and your family have my sincerest condolences. Although I never knew Danny, it is obvious from the outpouring of responses to his obituary that everyone who did loved and admired him for the fine man he was.
