When the first flakes started falling here in LaFreakin'Grange, I rushed up the hill to the historic Callaway family home and started snapping photos to send to 11Alive, FOX5, CBS46 and Action News2 in Atlanta. Ever the careful marketer, I took four different angles, so no one got the same photo, and everybody thinks they got an exclusive... After the third ruin up the hill, I decided to use the tripod, set the timer, so all of you can see the snow. Knowing of course that C'ville has already had fifty-five inches for the year, Richmond just a little less, and you folks further north and west are used to getting that much every month. Am I right? Yeah, I thought so.
			So, everybody, check the enlargement of me in the picture. Here's what two inches looks like! Huh? Oh. Ha-ha And I call myself a writer! Here's what two inches of snow looks like. GIGGLES! Bill, you are SOOOO baaad!

Carol, Was looking through the soldiers page and saw my good buddy John Howard ('66 - of VA) and we enlisted together and thought it would be nice to be included on the page myself. Am sending several pictures to use at your discretion. Two pictures of me at the 4th Infantry Division in Vietnam 67 - 68, my best friend from Nam and I at the Wall almost forty years later (we still keep in touch and friends forever) and the last picture before getting out of service. Info you requested follows: Tommy Jenkins Leslie Thomas Jenkins, Born 2/10/1948 Bluefield, WV, NNHS Class of 66, U.S. Army Jul 66 - Aug 75 (Vietnam service 4th Infantry Division 67 -68) Retired DOD civil service employee. Now do volunteer work for the DAV Transporting patients to and from VA Hospital in Martinsburg, WV
