To Winnie's Family,
I had the pleasure of working along side of Winnie in the Newport News Circuit Court Clerk's Office from 1974 until her retirement. I was just 18 years old and Winnie taught me the good values of working well with not only your co-workers but with the Public. I missed her terribly when she retired but I am so glad that she was able to have many years of enjoyable retirement. Winnie left a great impression with each and every person that she worked with. She will be missed by so many but her memories will last a lifetime with me. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you and always remember she loved you dearly. Cheryl Penny - Newport News Circuit Court January 30, 2012 To the family of
Winnie Monfalcone, May memories of love and friendship guide you
during this time of sorrow. ~ Gertrude W. Wilson January 30, 2012
My thoughts and
prayers go out to Winnie's family and friends. I also worked
with her at the Clerk's Office for many years. She was a great
lady and we had so much fun thru the years. She will be greatly
missed by all. I will always cherish her kindness to me.
January 30, 2012 I'm sorry to hear of the
loss of your Mother. Thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. January 30, 2012 A January 30, 2012 I January 30, 2012 G January 30, 2012

Lead Me Gently Home
Words and Music
by Will L. Thompson, 1879
(07 Nov 1847 - 20 Sept 1909)
Lead me gently home, Father,
Lead me gently home;
When life’s toils are ended,
And parting days have come,
Sin no more shall tempt me,
Ne’er from Thee I’ll roam,
If Thou’ll only lead me, Father,
Lead me gently home.
* Refrain:
Lead me gently home, Father,
Lead me gently home, Father,
Lest I fall upon the wayside,
Lead me gently home.
Lead me gently home, Father,
Lead me gently home;
In life’s darkest hours, Father,
When life’s troubles come,
Keep my feet from wand’ring,
Lest from Thee I roam,
Lest I fall upon the wayside,
Lead me gently home.
