Dear Friends and Schoolmates,
Today's theme is a first for us. It was composed and sequenced by Belinda Hadiwidjaja of Jakarta, Indonesia when she only 17. Sadly, her sponsors and fans have not been able to locate this multi-talented young woman for several years now.....

Hi, Carol:
May I suggest that you consider the song "Ordinary Lives"
by the Bee Gees as a theme for one of your
Newsletters?
The line in the song "Ordinary People living Ordinary Lives" somehow
seems to apply to our youth in Newport News.
One very hot evening in Philadelphia, at an outdoor venue while
watching and listening to Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb sing this
song it struck me as being almost ironic. They were hardly ordinary
people living ordinary lives as they withstood the oppressive heat
and humidity to carry on the concert and give it their all to
entertain the audience. I sure miss the creative music of this
group. This song was from their album "One."
Hope this suggestion is not too corny.
TYPHOON Regards,
Joe Madagan ('57) of FL

Corny? I wouldn't know. Being one of the corniest people around myself, I am unable to recognize it as it exists elsewhere.....
Thanks,
Adonis!
We'll be
using this theme very, very soon now!

our classmates. They all looked so wonderful.
Goooo Class of 64
In light of the fact that it took me three full months to process and post all your lovely images, that was an interesting choice of words, Cookie, but here they are at last:
